Dear Anon,

Since, the tree slices into the house (thru the main entrance): this is considered inauspicous. Or a threat to the house.

The cul-de-sac is an added `burden' to the house.

Thus, this is two bad / bad situations.

No, it does not mean here that the cul-de-sac metal slices into the wood tree.
